With the holiday season quickly coming up, I decided to interview the members of Moon Beams Media to see what they are thankful for this year. A common answer among the students surrounded the people closest to them, Julia Shaver said “I am thankful for my great friends and family.”  Moon Beams senior Eden Jeffries answered, “My friends”, and Lydia Digiacomo said, “I am most thankful for God and my Mom.” Going along with the answers surrounding family Ryan Grimmie said he is most thankful for, “ My family and my house” similar to Norah McSwigan’s response of “This Thanksgiving I am most thankful for my family.” Another common answer was things surrounding Moon Beams Media and our Newspaper class. Seniors Julia Blair  and Nolan Jaszcar answered, “everyone’s creativity and work ethic” and “wonderful and kind classmates”, while Lydia Delsite said that she is most thankful for, “ the food everyone provides for our class party’s.” Surrounding the holidays, many people are thankful for the time they have off of work/school that can be spent with friends, family, or for relaxing, Moon Beams member Haleigh Ferencuha said she is most thankful for, “ Thanksgiving Break and Black Friday deals.” Mr. Burgess said he is thankful for “Podcasts,” similarly, Alexandra D’Alesio said she is most thankful for Netflix. To sum up the main idea, David Powers said he is most thankful for, “life in general.”
